'First, I didn’t get the rooms I asked for after I called twice and they confirmed they have the 2 rooms blocked. They gave away our rooms because of technicality. 2 families traveling so we wanted our rooms close together ended up on 4th and 2nd. We stayed for 5 days and 1 room was only serviced once and the 2nd room none at all. By the 4th night there were no clean towels left , garbage not picked up .
