The master bedroom-1 queen size bed, second bedroom 2 full size bed and 1 full size sofa bed.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private two-bedroom apartment, which features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space. For added convenience, they may also use the on-site laundry facilities. Space is limited for both trucks and boats.



Boats:

If you plan to bring a boat — especially more than one — you must inform us in advance and provide the exact measurements. Due to limited space, this information is necessary to ensure we can accommodate your setup safely and comfortably. Unapproved boats may not be permitted on the property.

This booking includes a private space with a private entrance, accommodating up to 6 guests.



➤ Any additional guests must be disclosed in advance and will incur an additional fee.



The unit includes 2 designated parking spaces.



➤ A third vehicle requires prior approval.



Late check-out of up to 1 hour is allowed at no extra cost.



➤ Staying 2 hours or more past check-out time will incur a $70 fee.



➤ Any stay that exceeds this grace period will be charged an additional whole night.



Please DO NOT wash the towels, blankets, or bed sheets



➤ We will take care of the laundry. If you need extras, just let us know.



For longer stays:



10+ days: A $80 cleaning service fee will apply during your stay. (extra)



20+ days: A second $80 cleaning fee will apply for a total of $160.



Pets are NOT ALLOWED. If you don't follow this rule, unfortunately, you will be charged $200 fee plus any additional damages and/or extra cleaning services required



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful to others, maintaining a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM to ensure everyone's comfort. We appreciate guests keeping shared areas tidy and treating the space with care.
