'The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My parents traveled from another state only to be told they couldn’t check in early even though they knew they could. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. 'We had such a wonderful time at your home. The home was clean, the beds were comfy, nice quiet neighborhood and your deck was a delight. Actually we spent our evenings sitting on the deck talking and laughing. The coffee station was a nice added feature to our stay.
