'The staff was very friendly, helpful and sincere. We felt really welcome. The accommodation looks wonderful. It was tidy and clean and felt spacious. The food was superb. It’s close to Smith Rock State Park which is ideal. Because it’s an old building it can be a little noisy. But the rest of it makes it all good. '

After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind...
