Als u op zoek bent naar een geweldig huis in de buurt van Sunriver Village, compleet met een eigen bubbelbad en acht SHARC-passen, is 8 Lynx Lane de perfecte keuze!

Tall ponderosapijnbomen omringen dit mooi ingerichte, comfortabele woning. Deze woning heeft hoge gewelfde plafonds. De goed uitgeruste keuken heeft een vaatwasser, en er is een gas barbecue buiten op het dek. Na de maaltijd kunt u ontspannen met een duik in de hot tub.

Er zijn twee queen slaapkamers beneden, waarbij het om een ​​master suite. De derde slaapkamer heeft ook een queen. Boven is voorzien van een hide-a-bed voor een andere optie te slapen. Dit huis slaapt zes en heeft een wasmachine en droger voor het gemak.

Parkeren langs de weg is op geen enkel moment en nergens toegestaan in Sunriver zonder voorafgaande toestemming van de politie van Sunriver. Recreatieve voertuigen (boot, camper, sneeuwscooter, ATV, reisaanhangwagen, enz.) Zijn ALLEEN toegelaten voor eengezinswoningen in de opritten gedurende de eerste 48 uur. Na 48 uur moeten de opslagfaciliteiten van Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) worden gebruikt. Beide opslagruimten zijn omheind, afgesloten (een sleutelcode is vereist) en 24 uur per dag bereikbaar. Reserveringen moeten voorafgaand aan uw aankomst worden gemaakt. The house is well laid out with all the kitchen amenities necessary and in good working order. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of room for our granddaughters to play while they visited us. Private hottub was great as were the SHARC passes.

Great place for small family getaway. Perfect location for a quick walk for a coffee or a quick walk to the Sharc. Nice having sinks in upstairs bedroom, just wish there had need at least a toilet up there. Nice clean hot tub, quiet setting outside.

Would have given 5 stars but TV and streaming terrible. Could not watch anything for more than a couple of minutes without buffering or failure. Very frustrating. Otherwise great place.

Very spacious with carport and hot tub. Kitchen needs better stocking and family size sofa is very uncomfortable- you sink down so low it's difficult to get up- definately needs replacement. The upstairs masterbedroom has a sitting area and large screen TV but no bathroom- was inconvenient as an elder to go downstairs in the middle of the night.

Very clean house in a great location walking distance to the village and the SHARC. Layout was a bit odd in that the upstairs bedroom had a double sink in the room, but no toilet and shower. Despite that, the house was spacious and worked well for our family.

This is a great house. Very well equipped in the kitchen. New stove. BBQ is a little old and small but works just fine. Overall this was a great space for our family of four. The carport is great. for storing the bikes, and kayaks we brought. Location to the village and SHARC is awesome.

Like most people looking for a fun and relaxing family get away in Sunriver, there are must haves for a rental property - SHARC passes, BBQ, Hot tub. If any of these are not on the list, we don't even consider the property. This property advertises a hot tub. Previous reviews indicated hot tub issues, but looked like those issues had been addressed this spring with a brand new hot tub, so we booked the place. Details below, but long story short - if the hot tub had worked OR if Vacasa had *appropriately* compensated us for the lack of hot tub which we paid for (VRBO review policy prohibits disclosure of rates, but let's just say the rate for our stay was not trivial), I would give this property 3 or 4 stars. Yes, it has SHARC passes and is close to SHARC and the Village; however, there were a few small things missed such as the BBQ ignition didn't work and there wasn't a match or lighter to be found anywhere in the property(so I had to go to the store and buy one so we could cook our dinner). Also, the TV in the family area needs to be replaced. Since we didn't have a working hot tub, we resorted to watching movies. The main TV is very old and the picture quality is very poor. The sectional couch is also very old and when you sit down on it, you almost sink down to the floor. For those that are alergic to feathers, there are feather pillow throughout the home The hot tub worked for only the first 24 hours of our 4-night stay. After that, it stopped working completely. We contacted Vacasa and they asked me to check the breakers, etc. Checked all those things and looked all good. The maintenance fellow called me shortly after and asked me to check the breakers. When still no sign of life, he had the hot tub fellow call me shortly after that. The hot tub fellow asked me to check the breakers - still no sign of life. They said it was too late to come out that evening, but someone would be there the following morning to get it going. As promised, a fellow showed up the next morning. He spent about half an hour or so and concluded that it was an electrical problem; and he would contact the property maintenance company so they could send out an electrician. The electrician never showed up so 3 of our 4 nights where without a working hot tub. Vacasa offered a very small refund and I told them it was unacceptable. They called me back a little later and offered a bit larger refund, but it still wasn't enough to cover even one night of our stay.

I like to do my due diligence and read all the reviews on a property prior to renting. I knew that this property is more clean and less "renter-property" (unlike many other properties listed in Sunriver), and that is one of the reasons I chose it. We were more than happy with our stay. Everything worked as expected, and we were grateful for its proximity to the Village. After reading the other reviews, I was expecting a luke-warm, temperamental hot tub. However, we were so thankful for the awesome new hot tub (especially when there was cooler weather over Fourth of July). The house was clean and well-maintained. The couch is also quite comfortable with many throw pillows. The bathrooms being only on the bottom floor wasn't too big an issue for us as we expected it. The AC worked well and was great for the hot days. We loved putting together all the puzzles they had in the closet. Our only, minor complaint would probably be the springy queen-sized beds where you could feel/wake up if your spouse moved in bed (but I think it's because we are used to our individually-coil wrapped King beds). Our family of four really enjoyed the house and loved our first visit to Oregon. Thanks for making us feel at home!

We absolutely loved the layout and how up to date this home is ! It’s furnishing / appliances are very nice & clean . Extremely disappointed though at the fact that we were under the impression the hot tub was in working order . The hot tub did not work & we had to contact the maintenance person to come “ fix “ the hot tub .. & he mentioned that they had received multiple calls to come fix the hot tub & said that just 3 days prior they had to come and fix a hose and leak . One of the main reasons we wanted to book this home was for the hot tub . Also , the shower did not drain and water easily built up in the tub . When showering , the water would get hot and cold randomly .

We loved being close to the village and to Sharc. The air conditioning was very nice to come home to. We also loved having the two extra bikes to use. The beds were not the most comfortable, but we were able to overlook that because of the great location.
