Wees klaar voor een unieke ervaring in dit 2007 custom-built thuis - de onderste master bedroom heeft zelfs een eigen deur naar een zeer prive hot tub, terwijl de bovenste master bedroom heeft een eigen prive-dek. Je hebt ook 10 SHARC passeert.

Als u veel wasgoed na uw wandeling, is er een wasmachine en droger op elk niveau. U zult genieten van flatscreen-tv's in elke slaapkamer en woonkamer (er is een uitgebreide dvd-collectie), evenals een prachtige gestapelde stenen open haard in elke woonkamer!

Vermaken in stijl met de gewelfde cederhouten plafonds die de perfecte Sunriver ervaring te creëren. De gastronomische keuken uitgerust om verlangens elke kok tevreden te stellen! Wijn liefhebber? Een wijn koelkast is gelegen in de keuken.

Opmerkingen over parkeren: Voertuigen mogen alleen op de oprit of in de garage worden geparkeerd. Parkeren langs de weg is op geen enkel moment en nergens toegestaan in Sunriver zonder voorafgaande toestemming van de politie van Sunriver. Als u een speciale toestemming wilt aanvragen voor parkeren op straat, kunt u bellen naar (541) 593-1014. Overnachtingsverzoeken worden niet ingewilligd.

Recreatieve voertuigen (boot, camper, sneeuwscooter, ATV, reisaanhangwagen, enz.) Zijn ALLEEN toegelaten voor eengezinswoningen in de opritten gedurende de eerste 48 uur. Na 48 uur moeten de opslagfaciliteiten van Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) worden gebruikt. Beide opslagruimten zijn omheind, afgesloten (een sleutelcode is vereist) en 24 uur per dag bereikbaar. Reserveringen moeten voorafgaand aan uw aankomst worden gemaakt. Voor het reserveren van een korte RV parkeerplaats, neem contact op met de SROA van maandag tot vrijdag, 8:00 tot 17:00, op (541) 593-2411, of gratis op (888) 284-6639.

Houd er rekening mee dat kamperen in een recreatievoertuig niet is toegestaan in Sunriver.


Instructies voor gastinvoer: deze verhuur maakt gebruik van een E-lock, een digitale vergrendeling waarvoor een unieke code vereist is. Deze code wordt opnieuw ingesteld na het verblijf van elke gast.

Such a nice house and stay.

Wonderful house. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious, full selection of movies and when I thought I found all the selections I’d find more in different ares of the house. Everything’s was clean and well kept. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was even fully supplied with a variety of kids toys. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving and more. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Unfortunately, I just wrote a detailed review on Vacasa, who was the main property manager, so possibly you can find that review under the same title there. The house and amenities (for the most part, see below) were great. I'd consider staying there again, except for the 2 main issues below. The AC was not working- our main requirement for renting a house in the summer!- and they property managers were apparently aware of it, and they did not let us know prior to our arrival. They placed fans in every room and I suppose were hoping we would not notice. Well, we did, and we sweated all night. Vacasa was responsive and helpful, but we still had to deal with an uncomfortable night, and with getting the AC fixed, which should not have been our problem. It took an entire morning and part of the first evening, but could have been done prior to arrival, or we should have been notified and alternatives suggested. Very poor management. We were provided with some recompense however. Secondly, cleaning services were poorly done. Crumbs everywhere :( Surfaces clearly not wiped down. Other parts of the house looked fine though, so hard to know. We found this house through VRBO but then it was managed by Vacasa, so unclear who is mainly at fault for the issues above. While our stay ended up fine overall, I am now wary of Vacasa.

Beautiful Home

This home was a relaxing getaway and everything was just as good as advertised! The house is updated and beautiful. It gives a wonderful cozy feel. The house comes with plenty of amenities and is in a great location in Sunriver. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to go to Sunriver. No issues, everything was fantastic!

This home was very clean! We take a sunriver trip 2x’s a year and this was the cleanest house upon arrival we’ve had so far. This home uses Vacasa - the check in and check out process was SO simple. I will book a home that uses Vacasa in the future.!.!.! Great location and had all the promised amenities! We had a fantastic time!

Great home for families

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was just the right size for our two families. (4 adults and 6 kids) The beds were very comfortable. Each bed had warm comforters. The house was warm and cozy during our stay. The weather was very cold outside, so we didn’t even want to leave the house. But we did go to Mt. Bachelor, to the SHARC pool and we took advantage of the bikes in the garage and bikes to the river. Our kids enjoyed all the toys and the foosball table. The bonus room was a great place for them to spend their time. There are tons of dvds. The problem was that most of the remotes in the rooms did not work because there were no batteries in them. We loved having laundry machine’s upstairs and downstairs. However the downstairs washing machine motor smells bad when it is running, Like it’s burning. Makes the clothing smell like smoke. This needs to be addressed by the owner, it is possibly the belt that needs to be replaced. We enjoyed the hot tub daily, even in freezing temperatures. However, there were no keys to the hot tub Gate. I Emailed and heard nothing back. We had to access the hot tub through the downstairs master. Which meant wet carpet. And interrupting the room’s occupants. The propane tanks for the grill were empty and broken. We had to replace it and fill it up in order to make dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest the owner replace the dinner plates. Every single one had chips on it. Overall I would recommend this house to families with kids. It’s very comfortable and clean.

Great for Families with Kids

Spacious, well-equipped house. Ping pong table, foos ball table and bikes provided hours of fun for our kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Great to have the SHARC passes as part of the house. Would highly recommend — especially for families with younger kids.

Great stay, but limited Sharc access

We loved our time in the home. It had everything we needed, fantastic bikes and fun, and the AC kept us at a perfect temp! The only thing is people from out of town should know the SHARC is challenging to use. It is closed due to staff shortages on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The other days you need to stand in line 1-2 hours before opening to get in, and you can only attend one 3.5 hour session a day (there are 2). Not the property’s fault, but a downside to be aware of! The upstairs has a bonus dryer that needs fixing, and the bed frame on upper master is extremely wiggly. Loved all the toys the house came with for the littles! Hottub was Magical!

Overall a good place to stay

Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. A couple of things to note: the listing says that it sleeps 10. In one of the rooms there is a set of bunk beds with full size mattresses. From what I gather, in order to sleep 10 you would need to have two people on the bottom bunk and two on the top. That might work for kids, but I can't picture two adults sharing a full size mattress on a top bunk. Either that or maybe there is a pull out couch for sleeping? The Queen size mattress is a Murphy bed that is in the upstairs bonus/TV/foosball room. Just something to be aware of if some are wanting to stay up late and play foosball or watch a movie while others need to go to sleep. We had to spend a fair amount of time airing up the tires in the bikes, as almost all of them were low on air. Two of the bikes did not work to ride at all, and one of them worked, but the pedal kept malfunctioning, so you had to pretty much ride with just one pedal. Not a big deal if you don't plan on utilizing all of the bikes, but if you have a big group you may not have enough bikes for everyone.

Perfect house for large group!

Our family of eight stayed here for an early Christmas gathering and to enjoy skiing at Mt Bachelor. The house was a wonderful place to hang out together. It’s very well equipped and the house had lots of activities to enjoy—hot tub, tons of movies, games, ping pong, etc. There are two washers and dryers, which we put to good use. There also is a pack and play for a baby that is not included in the listing (even though we asked about it specifically). We were very pleased with our stay there. We had a couple of kitchen suggestions for adding to the equipment there: more stemless wine glasses that can go in the dishwasher, and there’s a big need for mixing bowls. We had some confusion about exactly what was included with the SHARC passes—could we use the fitness equipment or not? The trails throughout the neighborhood are incredible! We would definitely consider this house for another visit!! The Bend area is very beautiful.

Everything you need for a getaway!

This house was stocked with many movies, games, bikes, and more. Beautiful house. The only complain I had was that the garbage was not picked up before our stay and during... also they did not have any sponges to wash the dishes. Aside from those two things the house was in amazing shape with everything you need to have a wonderful getaway! -Paul

Great place. We were 3 families with two small children, and there was room for all of us.

Good place, clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to Sunriver and we will be back. We would have liked it better if the home was closer to the Village or the SHARC.

Great house for two families. There were toys to entertain the kids and plenty of other things to entertain the adults like ping pong, foosball and the hot tub. Overall the house was clean. The bikes are in need of repair but most of them are still usable. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Home!

My family and I loved having all the bed and bathrooms, room enough for everyone and well thought out in terms of meeting the needs of the families that stay there. My niece visited with her 3 small children and they loved having the toys to play with and bikes to ride for the day. I've stayed in several rentals and this was by far the cleanest and best equipped, right down to the cooking spices and the hot tub being ready to go when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this rental.
