This ranch house is split into 2 flats, with separate entrances. The rental half is a approximately 950 feet, is completely separate and encompasses the entire 1st level. It includes 2 bedrooms with Queen bed in each, plus a furnished office. The flat has a well-equipped bathroom featuring a shower, double sinks and WC. Bath towels, extra linens, blankets and comforters, are inclusive and offer all the comforts of home. The living room/den space is mid-century modern, it has a beautiful bolstered sofa to provide a relaxing area to unwind. A 3 person dining area and a fully equipped kitchen provides microwave, air fryer and oven, and induction stove, refrigerator freezer, with big sink and closet pantry. This kitchenette is equipped for long stays so cooking is a breeze with all of these amenities. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the amenities like the inside garage parking, outside fire pit with teak furniture, central heat and air. Please also find some of the other small conveniences that we hope will make your stay more comfortable e.g. blow dryer, an iron and ironing board, and cozy bathrobes. Parking is easy, guest garage parking for one car, there's also plenty of additional parking. Room for trailer or RV which is may still available for a fee.

The things we love the most about our property is the awesome neighborhood. So very quiet, lots of birds, and deer in the yard every day. There's a great park just a block away and it's easy to meet the neighbors if you want to hang out for awhile. For digital nomads, a quick walk to the park and back is a great stress reducer even during the work day, it's so close.
