'The walls and floors are not well insulalted so you can be in the peoples conversation (who lived there 3 of them)want to or not.I asked for ear plugs andt they didn't have any n were mad that I asked. They were cooking in kitchen @9:30 in the evening making diner with lots of noise.. My room was up 5 steps n the room next door thin walls . The place was not clean. You did not have use of any of the house like the ad says.I was not even allowed to make a cup of hot water on the stove.Bed was...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
