'Las chicas de la recepción son muy amables y atentas, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, la cama es muy cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
