The room is very comfortable and the property is centrally located to everything. The grounds itself is very clean and safe. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The only bad experience I had was i did not have hot water in my room and although i was told they would fix it, in a 3 day stay, they never did. Overall, a good pick for downtown Oaxaca. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
