'Great location, within walking distance to Patti’s Settlement, but enough off the beaten path to feel secluded and private. We saw lots of deer. The home has a nice open living plan and well appointed with what we needed. Would definitely stay here again. '

We were able to visit much of what the city offered regarding restaurants and tourist sites. We had a minor issue with hot water in the house but was resolved quickly. '

'We had such a great time staying here! It’s a cute, renovated roadside motel that really surprised us in the best way. Super clean, comfy beds, and all the little extras made a difference—snacks, water, towels for the hot tub, and even cozy outdoor lights. 'While the hubby's boat was getting repairs, we needed a place to land in Grand Rivers. This was PERFECT! Always had deer to watch a few times a day in the back yard which was alot of fun. Very peaceful setting! The owners were awesome and super to work with. Responsive, Flexible and generous! Can't recommend this cute little home enough!! '

'We have stayed in several VRBO properties at Lake Barkley, and this one was our favorite! We had four couples, and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The lake access and private dock were perfect for us, and the driveway was spacious enough for our boat trailer. Great stay! '
