'The keys were not left out like they were supposed to be. Another group in a different cabin also did not have a key left out for them. Thankfully, a door was left unlocked so that we could get in (which is horribly unsafe). I tried to contact the host about the keys and never got a response. It was pretty bad all around. Wish I could get my money back. '

'Room was clean and comfortable. Could have used 2 people at the front desk on a Friday evening. There was a line of 5 people waiting to check in while the clerk was assisting a customer on the phone. '

'EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave!...
