'Really unpleasant stay I parked in the public car park because the roads are narrow and on street parking is a risk. Property appeared closed when I arrived. A man appeared from somewhere and was insistent I park on the street. I tried to explain the car was fine where it was (Nb, I wasn’t expecting them to pay for it). This seemed to upset him. Got his son on the phone to tell me to move my car to the street. We eventually left it at “I don’t have a car” Room was clean enough. Used toiletries...

'Quaint family-run boutique hotel. The owners are wonderful! We were the only guests and they made us a tremendous breakfast spread. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony to sit and enjoy the evening.'

'Het ligt op een prachtig plekje boven op de berg. Vanaf hier loop je zo naar beneden de stad in. Wel stijl pad, maar goed te doen. Het is een mooi, gezellig en heel voordelig authentiek complex. Opa is er mee begonnen( een echte aanrader!!'

Violence pour tenter de nous mettre dehors de la chambre après le dîner . Viande avariée au restaurant. Ne prenne ni la carte bancaire ni les virements… Chambre relativement propre mais un lieu pour sûr à fuir! Ma pire expérience de voyageur...

'The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station.'
