All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. 'Good hotel, beautiful location on top of the hill with a great view of lake kawaguchi. The onsen was great and also with a view over the lake which makes it very nice and chill.
Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Just a few minor points from our point of view.
Massages were done by an elderly couple. The woman gave an Ok massage, but the man was not good at all. We paid 14000 yen for an hour. Do not book this, not worth it!
