'Lovely house, well-equipped and easily accommodating 10-12p. Ideal for 3 fams as the rooms on levels 1 and 2 have opposite bedrooms. Great pool on a nice 3-level garden with more than enough space. On the mezzanine level a fine terrass overlooking the hilly environment. We would certainly recommend the property!'

Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. 'This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!"
