'A fairly new hotel, everything was in good condition. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very close to Melbourne University Dental School…'

'Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room'

'This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

'Easy to checkin and checkout, parking at the apartment is very convenient. Room view is nice, location is great, it’s close to tram stops, walking distance to few eateries nearby.'

'前台服務員非常友善，因為我們需要2張單人床，前台服務員特地為我們清潔了一個有2床的房間，靈活的幫我們作出了調動，非常讚! 而且這個酒店設有停車位，離市中心亦不遠。唯一要改善的是空調機在運作時有些吵，建議檢查維修。'

'It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...

'Very nice location, just off of Lygon street, nice room, good bed and airco, we did have a tiny sink in our bathroom'

'The staff were very helpful. I mainly dealt with Owen and he was very helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.'

'Inchecken ging erg traag en de ruimte van de kamer was erg klein. Bijna geen ruimte om de koffer uit te pakken. Kamer is wel schoon.'

'Nice place and friendly staff. Enjoyed the short walk to the Melbourne Museum. And Melbourne was colder than people had led me to expect, so pack warm layers.'

'Pictures and location on Expedia wasnt the same. Dirty bathroom, mould on shower grout, dirty microwave and our fan bathroom didn't work.,1 received continental breakfast the first morning and we stayed 2 night with 2 people 🤔.. Court yard was disgusting, no Chiars not tables available, no cigarette bin. Rooms are outdated, plus we found our remote control for the heat pump / air conditioner under the bed with a missing battery. Couldn't 'swing a cat' in the room (as the saying goes) ....

'Fantastic location, simple rooms, easy check in, exactly what it looks like. Great place to stay and check out Fitzroy on a budget.'

'Very nice and modern room, great in all areas of; cleanliness, bed, water pressure, wifi air conditioning and staff. In particular great location surrounded by parks. Zoo is just a 10 minute walk also Brunswick shops are very interesting also just a 10 minute walk away.'
