'This hotel is really very very below average. Rooms are not high quality clean. Surrounding is noisy. Bed were not comfortable too. Will never go there again. Avoid it.'

'We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again.'

'Mycket trevligt mottagna vid ankomsten. Blev uppgraderade till större rum. Fint, bekvämt, rel. nyrenoverat rum. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt i Interlaken. Hela hotellet är som ett museum med artefakter från hotellets ca 125 år långa historia. Mycket smakfullt! Riklig frukost med mycket uppmärksam och vänlig personal. Vacker trädgård och utsikt över snöklädda toppar. Parkering precis utanför hotellet.'

'Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen...
