It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 277 m² enclosed garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 15 m² living room with TV, armchairs, fireplace (not working) and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190) with private WC
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Shower room

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 277 m², north-facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Beach 50 m along the Promenade des Français (unsupervised)
- Water sports (kite surfing, catamarans, windsurfing, canoeing)
- Hiking
- Cycling (cycle path near the house)
- The Promenade des Français, a pedestrian walk along the beach, is ideal for children (cycling, rollerblading) and family outings.

- Abbaye aux Hommes and Abbaye aux Dames in Caen

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

- Nearest train station: Caen, 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 20 km away
- Bus (route 101) from Caen station, stopping 5 minutes from the house.

- There is no washing machine, but there is a launderette at the Intermarché 650 m away.
