'Everything was perfect. Great selection of breakfast, rooms are clean and big enough, fast room service, gym was fine and people are very friendly at the reception. This hotel is my all time favorite in Almaty and would defiantly recommend this hotel with European standards. One remark, try to get a room on the back side of the building as the street side can be a little noisy for sensitive sleepers.'

'Hotel is busy with renovation. We received a recently renoved room, which was really nice Only the bathroom not so big and no hangers enough for the towels. Further all was nice. Breakfast good..only not enough tables..sometimes you have to wait for a place.'

'Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One...

'Slecht kamer zonder raam slechte matras!!!'

'We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. '
