'We stayed in a 1st floor room. The people on the 2nd floor were running up and down the hall and stairs late into the evening. Rooms are definitely not soundproof!!! The room was clean but had a musty odor coming from the bathroom. We did not use the pool or the hot tub due to the kids that were legit jumping from one into the other. 'Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me'

'No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice'
