Vakantiehuis met All glazen pui Windows & Gorgeous View of Ski Hill

Poleski is een prachtig modern vakantie huis gebouwd in de zomer van 2007. Met zijn massieve volledig glazen voorkant ramen, het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de ski-heuvel. Dit huis is perfect voor een middelgroot gezin of meerdere paren en honden zijn toegestaan! Het hotel beschikt over een recreatieruimte op het lagere niveau met een dubbele futon, een pooltafel, 1 badkamer, een sauna, een overdekte hot tub (* alleen in de winter *) en een wasmachine en droger, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer op het hoogste niveau, en 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer op de bovenste verdieping. De woonkamer heeft een grote stenen open haard. Er is ook een gezellige loft / lezen hoekje op de bovenste verdieping, perfect voor curling met een boek. De recreatieruimte op het lagere niveau heeft ook een fantastische sport-themed bar. Centrale airconditioning en WIFI zijn ook voorzien voor dit toestel, evenals een deck uit de voorkant van het huis met een barbecue. Dit huis ligt op 4 huizenblokken van de belangrijkste skihut.

It was a great stay for our friend getaway! The house had great space for the 5 of us. We loved the downstairs bar area with the pool table. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils, and even a crockpot. It was a good stay!!

Barlament Family ski trip

We have been coming to Powder horn for the past 24 years and have stayed at many locations over the years. Our stay at Poleski has been the most enjoyable. The amenities are perfect for a growing family and offers a variety of things to do in the facility. Of all the places we stayed we most enjoyed this listing and highly recommend.We are looking forward to seeing you again next year for our 3rd year in a row.

Very nice place to get away

We had a great experience staying there. The house was spacious and was equipped with just about everything you would need. We had plenty of room. We loved using the pool table downstairs. The hot tub was gross and slimy, so that was disappointing because I was looking forward to that. The area was beautiful and the fall colors were in peak so that was awesome.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy enough for our family and dog. It was well stocked- didn’t need to buy any additional supplies. We were there at the end of August and the location was great for day hikes in the area and close to restaurants.

Has Seen Better Days

Positives: good amount of space inside and out, location, comfortable beds Negatives: Flies were everywhere could not tell where they came from. They were dying and covered the entire door sill of sliding doors. I had to vacuum them up. Stained carpet Upstairs bathroom door would not latch Front door was also difficult to close Piles of games and DVDs not necessary, just made house look cluttered. Dishes, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware all mismatched, some chipped, coffee carafe had wrong size lid.

Nice place but needs attention

Comfortable but needs work. Dryer broken, screens ripped, doors hard to close, ants in kitchen, stained carpet in living room and very dusty. Sleeps 8 but only seating for 4 in living room area. Kids loved the basement and pool table. Disappointed in BPLA, garbage hadn't been picked up before we arrived and was full. Also bags of dog waste on porch. We called to notify and it took over 24 hours for those issues to be taken care of.

It was a great place to meet with family. We could be together with out being on top of each other. We had a great time enjoying each other's company there. How ever It could have been better if the dryer was working and the refrigerator didn't leak. Also the neighbors where less then desirable.

One of the nicer Village rentals we have stayed at

It was definitely one of the nicest Powderhorn Village rentals we have stayed at. The layout was good. Lots of room. It had several updates, widows, interior doors, carpet, etc...Very conveniently located, only 2 streets from the ski hill. A few negatives: the place could have been cleaner and could use a good dusting. Also the hot tub water was not clean. The main shower did not get very hot and the drain was clogged. That being said it was still a very positive experience and are likely to rent it again. Aaron

Wonderful, peaceful, quiet

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving at the cabin. Use of the amenities provided lots of opportunities for quality family time. The cabin is more spacious than I expected. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to settle in and spread out. There are 2 living areas: one downstairs by the pool table and one in the main living space. There is also a sitting area upstairs overlooking the living room and fireplace below. Beautiful cabin, wonderful memories were made. We plan to return next year!

Great place - missing a few amenities.

Great place and location overall - missing a few amenities. Missing a few ammentities usual provide. No shampoo or Kleenex in the unit. Managements response was we don't provide Kleenex or shampoo in our rentals. No thought to convince of guest having to seek something typically supplied in all hotels and every VRBO I have rented. Also pillow provided were sub standard compared to most hotels and VRBO rentals.

Larger than it looks!

My family of four adults stayed at this home and found it more spacious than it looks from the outside and inside pictures. Three levels and plenty of room for more guests than the four of us. The living area and kitchen made our mealtime comfortable and afforded us nice family time together since we could cook and hang out in the same space. Since we visited in the summer the location was a bit off the beaten track for our activities of hiking close to the Lake Superior shore but there is a very nice town, Ironwood close by that was fun to visit and has some interesting things to see. The accommodations were clean and the beds were comfortable. The trash from the previous renter or renters, was left outside by the entrance door and attracted a lot of insects which was not so nice. It would have been lovely to of sat outside on the decks, there are three outdoor spaces but no tables and only a couple of plastic chairs, after using the grill (that was hard to light) but we understand that this property is located very close to a ski resort, convenient in winter, so not needed and probably challenging to store. If we are back in the area again during the winter months I would stay here again, If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to a ski resort you’ll love this house!

Girls Getaway Weekend

This was the perfect place for our little girls getaway! Plenty of space and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only small irritation was the dogs next door that barked a lot. They were big dogs that barked at us anytime we were outside. Other than that, we had a great time!
