'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'The room was very clean and quiet. The a/c work exceptionally well i have to have a room really cold to sleep well this was not a issue at this hotel. Bed very comfortable and fluffy pillows. I will stay here again'

'1st the door battery went out and they had to use a machine to get me back into my room. Then they moved me a few doors down to another room, bug bug bug! The first night I didn't notice (was very tired) then next night I noticed tons of little roaches coming out of gaps in the baseboards in the bathroom. Next morning I checked out (I didn't sleep the whole night) I didn't say anything they had to know they have bugs. I went down the street to a Waltham Days Inn to finish my stay in the area....

'A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor.'
