'This is a gorgeous property, immaculately maintained and very conveniently located to the Sand Dunes, which was the purpose of our trip. The views from every window are spectacular and the hot tub was such a nice bonus after a long day hiking. Highly recommend. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back!'

'Charming home with everything you need and then some. Walking distance to restaurants as well as full kitchen to prepare meals on site. Our grands also enjoyed the PacMan arcade game! Pleasant and welcoming decor. I feel like I chose well for a little getaway with our son and his daughters. It was a great stay.'

'Location was perfect for our quick family adventure of the area. Beautiful view of the Dunes and the house had everything our family needed. Close to the park and Zapata Falls. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon. '

'Quick stay, but we loved that it was off the beaten path. Super clean. No AC, so warmer than we’re used to, but I knew that going in. Only surprise was the sheer number of mosquitos. Wow. But we used bug spray and moved along (and obviously that’s just nature and the season, certainly not a knock on the property). Would definitely recommend as a home base to explore the valley. '

'WOW! We loved our stay here! House was big and inviting. The kids loved the farm and the farm animals. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and even hit the golf balls. Very quiet at night to sit on the front porch and the views are amazing!'

'I was overall impressed with this space. It was very clean, including the hot tub, which is not always the case when you’re renting so I really appreciated that. The location and view of the mountains is to die for I loved how the house was set up in a way that you’re always looking out a window at the mountain no matter what room you’re in. It really created the perfect birthday weekend for me and my friends! Highly recommend '

'Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home '
