'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'Cozy diamond in the rough. With proximity to lots of good places to eat and the beach, it was very easy to use the lodge as our home base. The rooms were cozy and well equipped with a small kitchenette and lots of appliances which made preparing meals in our room super easy. The rooms were clean and had a nice homey vibe. '

'Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever '

'We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the fact that it has 2 bathrooms, the balcony, washer and dryer. The jacuzzi area. We had a great time. '

'We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. '

'This was our family's 1st time in Tahoe. There were a lot of rentals to choose from, but we chose this house for several reasons: Private beach access in close walking distance, 3 bed/3 bath, so our two boys could have their own space, and the free use of kayaks and paddle boards. We did not regret our choice.The house is part of a gated/condo HOA. The grounds are clean and beautiful, providing shade, grass, and full of small wildlife: bunnies, jays, geese, & squirrels. 'This cabin wasn't really what were were expecting - but it certainly could be an awesome deal for the right people.First - it's part of a motel. Caught us by surprise and came with a few downsides. Biggiest issue was zero communication from the host. We never received check-in instructions, so I messaged him twice the day of our arrival and he never responded.
