Kirkwood Mountainside Cottage w/Deck Walk to Lifts

Summary:

Cozy Mountainside Cottage nestled in Kirkwood Valley. Prime location situated between chairlifts 7/9 Timber Creek (5 min walk) and chairlifts 5/6 Kirkwood Village (10 min walk). There is also a free shuttle that picks up at the bottom of the driveway and will take you throughout the Kirkwood Base Area. Ski to the bottom of driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain. Radiant heating, two comfy queen beds, two futons in living space, kitchen & outdoor gas grill on deck with views.



The Space:

The bedroom includes two queen beds, full dresser and TV. Living space includes two couch futons, dining table, full kitchen (except dishwasher), TV and bluetooth stereo. Outside area includes a covered deck and grill.



Both TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix and Disney+ already registered.



Property is a corner unit in a culdesac, and is located around the lower deck of the home with a private entrance. This is a downstairs unit, some sound may transmit from neighbors above. Cottage is compact in size.



Parking: The designated parking spot is located along the private driveway (uncovered). No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Kirkwood, this cabin is in the mountains. Kirkwood Mountain Resort and TC Express Ski Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Eldorado National Forest. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain climbing and mountain biking.

Getting Around:

During ski season there is a free shuttle that picks up at the bottom of the driveway. Additionally, the lifts are a short walk in either direction. Kirkwood Village and chairs 5 & 6 to the right (9 min walk), and Timber Creek Village and chairs 7 & 9 to the left (5 min walk).
