'The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Luxury amenities that made us feel at home. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Graciela the house keeper and Charles our private chef made our stay amazing. It was nice that they had a lunch and dinner menu available for those days we wanted to stay in. Probably one of the best stays in Medellin. The location is just minutes away from Provenza and surroundings. Manuela the host was super attentive, helping us with reservations at restaurants.'

'The only thing I want to say about this stay is that one of the main reasons I decided to book it was because of the rooms and the pool. There was a yakuze that didn’t work which was fine but the pool was so freezing cold we could only enjoy it once on the first day only for a few minutes. When I brought up the complaint they would tell us that they were going to send someone to fix the heater but it was all a lie. They are very communicative until you have an issue then they will ghost...

'I had traveled with 9 men for an epic bachelor party weekend. This house had to be the perfect place to stay and host. Located 5 minutes from parque Lleras , many restaurants in walking distance. Miguel was our host for the weekend and was the absolute best. Anything we needed he was there for. Above and beyond service. The house itself was clean, huge and overall the perfect stay for our trip. '

"Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Op het buitenterras van het hotel aten we een lekkere pizza. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

"Nice modern hotel comfortably situated in the El Tesoro shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. bed comfortable. Majority of staff friendly. Good breakfast. However check your bill. Minbar consumption was charged to my bill while I never touched the minibar. In addition the doorman order us a taxi to the airport and he told us a price that was higher than the official rate. "
