'My experience was really good, everything is very neat and clean. People are extremely nice! And very accommodating. The daily breakfast is really good and very Colombian. They will make your eggs per request. I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure! '

'I stayed here for 3 weeks, and loved it! The women running it are a true team, and it makes you feel both safe and seen, as a solo, female traveler. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the food delicious. There is a lot of street noise, and if people are in the hall, you can hear them, but no noise from room to room. Honestly, unless I was in a meeting, the noise wasn't an issue. Check this place out. You won't regret it!'

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'La propiedad esta en una zona muy buena de Cali y muy segura, hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para caminar y relajarse. El hotel tiene un servicio muy bueno tienen un equipo de trabajo excelente muy serviciales . Su desayuno muy bueno. Lo evaluaría de 10 le doy 10 . Sus camas limpias, pulcras yo tome la habitacion con balcon a la calle y es como un apartamento ,las fotos de la descripcion se ajustan perfectanente con lo que brindan. Te brindan el servicio de taxi , tiene elevador el hotel . '

Even their AI messaging bot is the best quality I’ve ever interacted with. Comfy bed, hot water with nice water pressure. Fantastic gym on the second floor and a very large, comfortable coworking or lounge space. We loved it here so much we extended our stay a night. Highly recommended. '

'O lugar é bem agradavel e bem localizado. O chuveiro é uma delícia! A cama de casal tem o colchão meio duro, foi dificil me adaptar e o sofá cama um pouco mais duro. Mas gostei da hospedagem. '

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment. The rest (room, breakfast, service, pool) was perfect!"

"Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Op het buitenterras van het hotel aten we een lekkere pizza. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."
