'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful! After our flight got canceled, we quickly booked through Expedia, and within 5 minutes, the hotel had given us our room number. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stressful day so much easier. The room was beautiful, super clean, and felt freshly renovated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing too! Overall, 10/10 experience. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I’ll definitely be back—next time to visit the pandas at the zoo!'
