'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'We hebben bij aankomst wel andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen want we sliepen in kamer die aangrenzend was aan de airco pompen buiten op het dak. Mega kabaal en nul uitzicht. Van niveau 3 naar niveau 15 dus netjes geregeld. '

'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'

'The staff at this hotel are just lovely. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and there was plenty of seating available. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked the bed and that the pillows were not thin and flat. This location is very convenient - very short walk to the Metro, and tons of restaurant options nearby. We had a few very minor quibbles. 'Geweldig hotel en aardige medewerkers! Ze bakken zelfs American Cookies. Niet dat we het zelf nodig hebben maar het enige hotel op onze reis waar een badmeester aanwezig is in het zwembad. Als we ooit nog eens in de buurt zijn komen we hier zeker terug.'

'The room is large. Has a nice comforrable bed, fridge, microwave, stove and sofa. The tvs are a little older but who cares. Cable tv is free. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste. They gave me a complimentary toothbrush with a tube of crest tooth paste. Friendly staff with great old-school customer service. They took care of me. I had a plesant stay there. Thanks yall '
