'Great for kids'

'First of all, my husband and I are NOT high maintenance. We are NOT complainers. But this experience was beyond rediculous. I checked in and had a very friendly conversation with the host. We went to our room- the outside was covered with dead bugs and spiderwebs. The room was clean but had a stale odor.. like old smoke. I called the front desk and was told they had no other rooms. 'Room was decent but it had a bad smell when you walked in. There was a empty wall airfreshener plug in and a little mold behind the toilet. Asked the cleaning staff to leave cleaning towels and toilet paper for next overnight stay, got back to room and nothing there. Had to go to office for the items. Breakfast was the usual continental items. 1st night coming back not a single parking space in the lot, we needed a handicap spot and had to park far from the entrance in a place that wasn't even a...

'We got In kind of late 940pm..... I have a 13 and 11 year old and we changed and got to the pool just in time for 10 min of pool time to cool off. When the lady came to lock up she told us to take our time and let her know when we were finished. That was August 1st I don't know her name but she worked until 11:00 p.m. she told us. 'FACILITY WAS MOSTLY FILTHY DIRTY.. STUPID STAFF HOURS LEAVING LATE COMERS WITH ROOMS STILL NOT CLEANED PROPERLY.. ROTTED FILTY FURNITURE IN HALLWAYS.. SMALL DINING ROOM POORLY MAINTED WITH FILTHY WORK SINK, BATHROOM FILTHY & UNSANITIZED.. ODOR OF DECAYING CARPET IN MAIN HALLS.. TOO MANY OTHER NEGATIVES TO GO ON ABOUT !!!!'

'Room was pricey and NO complimentary breakfast was offered. The pool was a joke. Only fit for the 7 and under crowd. There was a parking fee…. For LIMA area. That was preposterous. Avoid this hotel at all costs.'

'I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.'
