'What a great spot to stay when visiting Indian Lake! The cottage is so cozy, and the view is amazing. Kent was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations (sunset hike on the Pea Island trail was the highlight of my trip), and the property was even better than expected. I will absolutely choose this place again for my next visit.'

'House was very clean. Carpet felt clean. Beds mattress have a protective cover on, which i love. Furniture was clean and comfy. Only thing i didnt like was the bath sink and tub didn't have a drain plug and I was worried that a toothpaste cap or something would fall down the drain. But over all very pleased with this home. Affordable, clean, close to attractions. Thank you so much.'

'This was a great rental for us as we were in town for a family wedding. Home was spacious and morning coffee was excellent on the stone patio! The owner responded quickly to my pre-arrival questions. This beautiful had everything we needed.'

'We rented for the kitchen and available rooms. We had a broken dishwasher that the owner did not rectify. There were missing utensils in the kitchen, which otherwise was stocked well. The house had been closed up too long, so all the windows had to be opened to air out the property for the first day we were there. We paid an enormous amount to stay at this house for a weekend & it frankly wasn’t worth the price.'

'Nice place tucked into a neighborhood next to a school. It worked great for our small family. Took a while to figure out how to work the HVAC system, but we managed.'

'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, bed comfortable, towels absorbent, coffee and snacks were a treat. Bring ear plugs just in case the people staying above move around a lot (we stayed on the first floor, no big deal-the noise level would in no way stop us from staying in the location again). The owner communication was great.'
