'Property is as listed and met our family's needs. It was a very clean and well stocked home. Shower is amazing! Boys enjoyed fishing out back off the rocks. Communication was excellent. One bedroom tv didnt work, but we were there to enjoy the outside, so didn't impact us. If had to nit pick, the couches, beds, and pillows aren't the most comfortable. '

'We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.'

'We were the first guests to stay at this property and honestly it didn’t seem like it in some ways. There was a thick layer of dust on a lot of things. There were no coffee mugs or cereal bowls, no vegetable peeler, and no can opener (no big deal but should be mentioned- especially if you make coffee in the morning). The towels seemed fresh and new, and mini toiletries were provided which was nice. But when we stripped the bedding per check out instructions, there were quite large and noticeable...
