'We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.'

'A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there.'

'The house was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It has all the amenities needed and just a quick drive to historic Vermillion, hiking and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! '

'We came to visit my niece and her newborn baby. The house was clean and accommodating, kitchen had everything we needed even honey for our tea! Home was comfortable and plenty of towels and hot water was amazing.'

'Lovely historic home in an upscale neighborhood. Cassandra was a great host; lots of little touches and amenities in the house, and she responded promptly to several messages. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when back in Toledo. '

'We were here a few days for a short stay in Findley. The checkin was seamless and the property is a cozy little place. Well furnished with plenty of utensils and kitchen accessories. The pictures show the property perfectly. '

'Great location! Nice small house that is very clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen, and all the other amenities one needs to for a pleasant time spent there. The landlord was also excellent at communication. I booked this house for myself and two friends. When they saw and went inside, I got nothing but compliments such as well done, etc. My friends and I would stay there again in a flash. We give this property our highest recommendation. '

' We enjoyed our stay at your cottage by the park! The location was great, just 15 minutes from downtown! It felt very safe in the neighborhood (people walking dogs, playing at the park, friendly neighbors). Having the finished basement and separate bedrooms gave our family of 5 room to spread out and decompress after long days at a conference. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful, especially the large bathroom downstairs! It was great...
