'This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. '

'Loved my stay here. The service is so friendly, approachable and accomodating. The grounds itself is so serene and relaxing to hang out in, so well kept and maintained! My room was extremely clean, all facilities were pristine and the decor was so homey! The free breakfast was delicious and so many options! I loved hanging out in the yoga space. My whole stay was so stress free and enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!'

'The place is run down, no towels in the rooms and no soaps. The tiles on the floor was torn down and it does not anytime you need something just for hot water you have to pay. Not recommended at all. We arrived so late and we do not know the place so we have to stay the night. Terriblr.'

'The resort landscape is amazing. The service from maintenance and the receptionist are excellent but the cafeteria ladies are not quite hospitable (they should learn how to SMILE). The hotel must do something with the mosquitoes. The housekeepers should clean the rooms well, dust the furnitures, sweep the floor under the bed and must replace the linens with new ones.'

'Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the style and the interior of the Ifuagao Nipa Hut. However, they should add more locks to the door because it can easily be opened. They are also pet-friendly. My doggo enjoyed listening to the live band while eating potato wedges. Haha! Nalu is such a cozy place. It is highly recommended! :)'
