'Friendly & helpful staff, nice apartment with functional kitchen, warm, clean and comfortable beds, and dedicated parking in front of our 2 bedroom apartment is handy'

'Good location. Surprised how much smaller it was than we anticipated. Had paid more for 'Grand Studio' but was very small and pokey. No room for suitcases etc. Didn't realise it was not a hotel with normal check-in routine until later in the booking and probably wouldn't do this again. Having to organise an exact time to check in, waiting out on the street before check in and and no-where to store luggage is not ideal.'

'Great hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable , have a kitchen with fridge and freezer. Location is about 10-15mins walk to the centre and a lot of parking space closeby (free in weekends, during weekdays 3.5 NZD for the first 2 hours after that 6NZD per hour (8am-6pm))'

'Great friendly staff. Caravan unit was comfortable enough. But could do with a toaster and microwave. Expected it to be more self contained, as it has fridge and kettle.'

'Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Unfortunately the room wasn’t exactly like the photos. Stains all over the carpet, marks on the walls and didn’t particularly smell fresh. Ok for a night or two.'

'Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in dit prachtige resort. Het is perfect voor alle leeftijden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijke en alles was netjes.'

'Hotel midden het CBD om de hoek bij Chinatown. Er is genoeg te doen in de directe omgeving. Veel restaurants en winkelmogelijkheden. Ruime kamer op de 2e etage. Uitzicht was niet top. Vloerbedekking met vlekken is toe aan vervanging. Een flesje water op de kamer was beter geweest dan een lege koelkast. De vorige ervaring in 2018 was beter t.o.v. de huidige gemiddelde ervaring.'
