'The staff were very helpful and friendly . We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. The hotel itself was of a high standard, the bathroom in particular was great. I would happily stay again.'
