A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. O que mais me chamou a atenção...

'Very friendly people, speaking english very well. Very helpful to find places and restaurants. The room is very nice and very quiet with a nice big bathroom with rainshower. Very good beds. The breakfast in the morning is tasteful with everything you wish, even yoghurt with cereals. The hotel is about 10 minuten from the Central Square and 10 minuten from the busstation. I would recommend this hotel to everybody!'

'Hotel Azul is in the most historic part of downtown across from lovely Plaza de San Sebastián. If you tell a taxis driver “Plaza de San Sebastián,” that’s all they need to know. Not a lot of traffic on this street but taxis on streets above & below. We stayed 9 nights in this small modest hotel and loved it. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance & there’s lots to see. First floor is one flight up, but luggage assistance is available. '

'Very old colonial estate in central old town Cuenca. If you’re bothered by creaky wood floors and everything old and small rooms, this is not for you. But if you’re enchanted by the quaint setting, kind helpful staff and easy walking access to downtown Cuenca, it’s wonderful. Great price, safe and calm setting '

'We spent 11 days driving around Ecuador, and this was the best out of the 6 hotels we stayed in. Great location in central Cuenca. Recently renovated and large rooms, terrific and clean bathrooms, a really awesome lobby and an amazing breakfast. The dining room also serves dinner, but there are quite a number of restaurants a within a short walk. And really easy to walk all through Cuenca. Plus the hotel has onsite parking.'
