'Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel em Cuenca:hotel nass loft atahualpa! A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. O que mais me chamou a atenção...

'Staff was super friendly. Very good price. Room was very noisy. You can hear your neighbours very well (coughing, tv and crying child). Airconditioning makes to much sound (100 dbel). Is not located in the centre (40 minutes walk). Breakfast is not good (everything dry/not fresh)'

'Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. '
