'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'I reserved a room with a book now, pay at the motel with free cancellation. Cancellation had to be done the night before the stay. A family emergency occurred the day before my trip and I foegot to call. The day of my trip, before 10 am. attempted to cancel through Expedia. Baymont refused to allow cancellation and keep my $250. So instead of allowing cancellation out of good graces, this large hotel chain decided it was better to keep my money and get a one star rating and assure I will...

'Check in and out were clear and simple. Thought the room might be noisy being next to highway but not at all! Couldn’t hear any guests either. Bed was super comfortable as well and appreciated the larger bathroom. Overall great stay. '

'Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. '
