'Personale disponibile e cordiale, tranquillo ed immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare. Siamo stati un week end ed abbiamo subito riprenotato. Consigliatissimo'

'In 7 amici (26-28 anni), abbiamo trascorso una settimana e ce ne siamo innamorati. Non è perfetta e basterebbero poche migliorie, ma è una proprietà che merita 5 stelle. La posizione è ideale per una vacanza di mare con qualche uscita fuori porta. Ci sono tante spiagge belle in zona e Maratea è vicina, come il Despar dove fare la spesa. La via che porta alla casa è fattibile e non ci si può aspettare altro, visto che si trova sulle pendici di una collina. Magari venirci con un furgone non è...

'Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!'

In particolare ringrazio il Signor Felice che con la sua pazienza e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico Lo consiglio sia per la vicinanza a Matera, sia per rilassarsi in spiaggia o esplorare zone vicine! Ottimo ristorante in loco, comodità per il parcheggio e struttura con numerosi confort per famiglie Grazie ancora!'

'Very beautiful and well equipped house with wonderful garden and spectacular view - perfect stay! Stefania gave us a lot of useful tips and suggesrions for beaches and restaurants near by and was always ready to help. The access to the house was a bit rough, but we fot used to it at the end. Lots of little secluded beaches with pebbles to discover. Highly recommended. Thank you Stefania for a wonderful vacation!'

'Molto bella, se si ha fiato e resistenza si può andare alla spiaggetta sotto casa, il mare è bellissimo e Il ristoro del drago ti da ogni genere di confort. La casa è molto semplice ma funzionale, c'è tutto. Non c'è condizionatore, solo ventilatori'

'Het huisje was prima. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. De zee is 2 km verder op. Maar er is verder niets in de buurt, geen restaurants, geen supermarkten.'
