'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. The extra bed we had was a shame, looked like a cheap hostel bed and slept like that as well, while for the extra...

'This property is located in an area where everything from ATM machines, shopping mall, restaurants and transportation is within walking distance. The area is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking is available at the property so there's no hassle for a place to park if you are driving. '

'We had an excellent stay. The staff was great and the pool area was very nice. We had a small issue in the bath room and it was promptly taken care of even though it was at night. The next day they contacted us and told us we could move to another room or extend our check out time. Very first class service. '

'We booked 2 stays here because of the great reviews. The first one was terrible. Now we had a different apartment. This ine was a lot cleaner but still not really clean though. Lamp was mouldy. Lots of dust. Place needs maintenance. Staff is super friendly though.'

'Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol. '
