'We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!'

'This place is close to zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure. They have a little private beach. If they were fully booked they might feel crowded (i'm not sure). We went in August and it was like having our own beach and pool. Every relaxing. The only thing i'd say to be aware of is the access road is a few km of driving through the mangrove forest to get to them.'

'Hotel is gedateerd, het heeft gewoon een update nodig. Geen waterdruk bij douchen, bijna geen water bij de wastafel. Airco houdt de hele buurt wakker (veel lawaai). Vliegjes op de kamer .. heel erg vervelend. Maar locatie en personeel maken veel goed. De restaurant is fantastisch. Maar volgende keer toch de Wild Orchid nemen 200 meter verderop'

'It’s a great destination for a family vacation with small kids, the beach is quiet with mild waves only. Felt safe for the kids (3yo and 7yo) swimming in the sea. The room was spacious and air conditioning working well. The family room which can accommodate 8 adults is great but having only 1 bathroom for that many people is a hassle. Food is adequate. The staff and servers are amazing and very friendly. Overall a great stay, would love to come back again for a relaxing weekend. '

'This place needs a complete overhaul. It appears they have let the elements do their work for two years during the pandemic, and they have made little to no effort to renovate since. Room rates are astronomical given the state of disrepair. At almost $200 per night it's disgraceful. We just felt ripped off frankly. Food is poor. Breakfast was truly aweful. Staff are friendly, especially Kathy (5 stars), but the resort is severely understaffed. My reco is to visit for the day but not to stay...

'-all standard rooms are at the road side so unless you sleep tight its very noisy at the road side - i moved after 1 day to the other room, had to pay 200p extra.. It didnt help much cause the staff and other hotel guest are nosiy anyway, not seem to care about other guests. -matras is very hard go sleep on'
