'Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in. Left me strained and looking for a place to stay. VRBO was unhelpful at helping look or to offer to pay for place for me to stay for a night or two.'

'If you’re a neat freak, you may want to keep looking; however, it’s got great sleeping space for the price. The house has had some updates but is still in need of some renovations. The sheets and linens all seemed new and were nice which was a positive. They have added some touches to make your stay comfortable like fans and A/C units to adjust the temperature how you like it. 'This place is great. It’s a beautiful home, clean and well kept. '

'Very pleased with the host and the house. House is very clean, orderly, and 100% set up with the tenant in mind. We had need for nothing and the owner had thought of our needs ahead of time. We will be definitely scheduling another stay.'

'The house was very nice. Exactly as it showed in the pictures but was bigger than we thought it was. We were attending an event at The Post in Orange Grove. This house was a 25 minute drive but it was the size we needed and they accepted our pups. I would definitely rent again. '

'The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker.'

'This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.'
