'We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Lookout retreat, rooms are clean and well designed, make sure you don't leave food in the room, otherwise you'll get visited by ants. Although it was smokey due to bushfires, our host could tell us what places to visit during our stay, views were less beautiful as in normal corcumstances though.'

'Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer was netjes. Bed comfortabel. Op de site stond dat er een restaurant was. Het bleek dat het restaurant gesloten was op de dag dat wij er waren. Hadden we niet op de website zien staan. Vervelend want we hadden ons erop verheugd. Het zou overigens mooi zijn dat de buitenruimte wat meer aangekleed wordt. Nu ligt er overal onderhoudsvrij grind.'

'Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall.'

'The accommodation was well situated and clean. The number of cameras around the property was alarming, not making for a comfortable stay. Also, a neighbour thankfully warned us not to paddleboard in the river, particularly at dawn or dusk, given the bull sharks - one appeared right in front of the accommodation the next day! A warning about this would have thus been welcomed. Don't swim here! '

'The property is absolutely beautiful, and we loved our stay. It's better than the photos! The outdoor bath was the absolute highlight!! I will mention that the property is not dog proof fencing so your dog will need to not be a runner, have good recall or be on a lead. '

'The barn is very clean and stylish, and almost have everything you need. It's a lovely experience to stay in the farm with the birds, chicken, frogs and fresh eggs. Our kids enjoyed it. It's awesome.'
