'Very outdated property, dirty and needs a good refubishment very soon. Pool was not clean either.'

'We were just there as an overnight. It was a comfortable, clean and enjoyable property. The only thing I have to say is while it has most everything you would need in the kitchen, there is no coffee maker. There is a machine in the lobby so I went down about 8 am and it would not work for me. SInce the front desk isn't open until 9 am I was out of luck for help. I went back after 9 am and told the nice young woman at the front desk that the machined didn't work. She said coffee is only...

'Beautiful hotel right by the river connected to an easy running and walking trail. The staff was also so friendly and kind, true hospitality which isn’t common to experience these days. I always try to stay at a homewood suites for this reason and the staff definitely fulfilled the reputation!'

'No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.'

'While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!'
