'Anthony was very prompt hen I communicated with him. He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion.Totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back gain in the future.'

'Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay...

'Remarkably clean, beautiful house with the perfect setup for all ages in my family. My 4-year old nephew loved playing on the trampoline, my 16-year old son and his buddy loved the foosball table and punching bags, the dog was thrilled with a fully fenced yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub, the fire, and the BBQ. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely stay here again!'

It is also well equipped with kitchen supplies to cook and enjoy meals together. The house and grounds are well taken care of, and the interior design is aesthetically pleasing. 'We enjoyed our stay at The Cozy House. The house was well stocked with supplies for our visit. This place has a “fresh” feeling, much better than the well-worn reality of other VRBOs we’ve seen. The appliances appear nearly new and function as they should. We had 100 degree days during our stay, the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the living area and bedroom. 'We had a quick weekend trip to Tri-Cities. This place was great. No complaints. It was nice and clean and the beds were good. We had been there before and stayed in a hotel. Staying at the VRBO was better because my brother came down from Montana and were able to sit around and have coffee in the morning. '

'It's an ADU in the backyard of a larger home. The chickens out front were super cute. I was a little confused at first when locating the unit, but eventually did. Very clean and stylish. '

'Spacious house with a mid-century design that has been nicely updated. Nice, shaded deck with room for a number of people. Easy communication with the host.'

'My daughter and her family loved the layout of this home. There are nine in her family and everyone fit perfectly. They requested that I secure this home again for our reunion next year.'

'Came into town to boat on the Columbia for Labor Day weekend 2025. Not one thing negative to say about this Log Cabin. It was truly an awesome stay. The entire Family raved about it. Only 10 mins from a boat launch. Great views and the last night, that view treated us to an absolutely Awesome Lightening Storm as we watch from deck! Thank you!'

'Check-in was a breeze and got in two hrs early to accommodate some early arrivals in our group. Kitchen could have used a few more utensils and basics (no salt shaker/salt) Excellent WIFI and beds were comfortable AC /heat worked really well and they also let us have our dog stay for no extra chg.'
