'Hot tub was down on my final day of stay :( Super dissapointing. it's the main reason i rented the room for the weekend'

'I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. I asked the front desk employee at 9:00 pm if I could pay the balance with cash when I checked out , she informed that I could not only credit card ?? When I checked out in the morning cash was fine.'
