'An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO.'

'We stayed in this home with a handful of friends while visiting town for a snowmobile race and everything went well. Neat private location just off the beaten path, home was clean and well cared for!'

'Simple, clean, complete. My wife and I stayed here in May 2025 and loved it. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. It was easy to get to, plenty of street parking. Everything was clean and working well. We have no complaints. There are a lot of fun things to see and do in St. Cloud and this was a great central location for us. We walked to the central restaurant district for our meals, which was close by. '

'I cannot say enough praise about the Log House. The owners have put a lot of time, thought, and effort into making this a beautiful, relaxing destination. The house is practically in the middle of nowhere surrounded by beautiful scenery. The grounds are meticulously maintained and if you think the pictures in the listing are too good to be true … if anything, the opposite is true. The pictures don’t do it justice. If I had a vacation home, this would be it. Bravo!'

'Booked for 2 nights so my son and I could do some fishing. Place was way bigger than expected and located right next door to a cool bar & grill (with amazing burgers). Didn't even realize at the time of booking that the property manager was also our fishing guide. Matt made the entire weekend fun and easy for us. We will definitely be back.'

'Booking the listing was a breeze. I was very surprised there was availability as my vacation plans were a bit last minute. From the listing it seemed at first to be a bit sketchy as I am not familiar with online bookings and given the info I just wasn't sure. The photos were not as detailed as I like, but I got the idea of it. it looked super retro and totally my jam and so I figured why not just give it a try. Well...I am so glad I did! What a fun little set up. The vintage touch is spot on and...
