'Great location. AC worked great. That's a big deal to me as I prefer it to be cold when I sleep. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.'

'Beautiful property and home. Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen with appliances. The only problem is the hot water went out before we got there. Didn't know until we were ready to shower. We actually had to restart the water heater ourselves.'

'We loved staying right on the beach with great access and amenities. Will definitely stay again. Sunsets were amazing, and we saw some whales spouting straight out in the Pacific. Next time I'll bring a fishing rod. One little thing - if you don't want to cook with teflon, bring your own cookware.'

'My family has a beach house in Waldport and several family members were coming down for Memorial day. We needed extra room so we rented the Mermaids Lair. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed all the mermaids.The neighborhood was amazing so quiet and so close to the beach. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this house for families and froends.'

'It was us our son, his wife and grow son. With all 5 of us showering daily we never ran out of hot water, and the pressure was fantastic! Daughter IL and I both have chemical sensitivity. Amanda rocked at giving us a safe clean place to stay. We even took our own sheets just in case. But we didn’t need them slept great. No lingering smell . Close to everything we needed and close to the fairgrounds where our Convention was held. all the way, thank you so much Amanda!PS,love the sofa bed too'

'It was warm when we walked in, that’s always a plus! Although it was pretty wet because my glasses steamed up. You should definitely have a dehumidifier running full-time in the living room as well as the bedroom this time of year. We got hail and intermittent heavy rains all weekend! Both propane heaters got it really hot and quick making it very comfortable after a long day elk hunting in the freezing rain. The property manager got back with me very fast because I thought there was a missing...

'Home overlooks the beach. Quiet and somewhat secluded. Nice deck. Home was very nice. Both bedrooms and main bath were on the 2nd floor (wonderful view of the beach to wake up to). I would definitely stay here again. '

'Home is very close to a nice long beach. Weather was great, manager was very responsive and home was well stocked. We had a great time.'

'The house was just as listed. Communication was great. Loved that we could walk everywhere and we lucked out with great weather. Loved seeing the start of spring blooms (it won't be spring where we live for another month or so). I have already recommended this home to others.'

'Such a delightful cabin right on the cliffs. 50 feet out the back door are amazing rocks with crashing waves. ocean view from the living room and the kitchen. Overall just delightful and a quiet neighborhood for walking.'

'Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect'
