'This was a wonderful little place. Everything was modern and up to date, and it all worked. Plenty of linen, and a super comfortable bed. Private courtyard, and a nice quiet neighborhood to walk in. Close to everything. We loved this place, and would stay here again.'

'10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. '

'We can't say enough good things about this house. The location is beautiful. The owner provided everything needed for a perfect stay. Its close to so many beaches and hikes that your head spins from the options. Or if you just want to stay there and walk the beach, its usually only you and a few other humans and dogs.Quiet and serene. Thank you!'

'Overall, things were great! However, there were a couple things that could be addressed. The instructions for entering the house were incorrect and caused a little confusion and delay. We were referred to the wrong lock in the written instructions. An available video was correct. Also,therewas an issue with hot water supply in the master bathroom, which we have discussed with support. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and the location is wonderful!'

'Lovely beschfront property ideal for family and friends gatherings! Pet friendly. Location was great and access to the beach was excellent! Highly recommend! Hosteds was great incommunication! We will definately return!'

'It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! '

'The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The flowers and landscaping was pretty. I needed help with the wifi and had a quick response. The path and stairs to the beach was easy, though the rocks were tricky for me but doable. Everything was great.'

'Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect'

'We were here years ago and were so excited to see that Sea Gem had added the second bedroom and loft, so we were able to take our whole family. The place is small but well thought out and very cozy. The location is quiet, and the ocean right out the back window is beautiful. Our kids wanted to move in! Thanks for a wonderful stay. '

'It was perfect for what we needed. Very close to excellent. Wish there was a very very good option. Not fancy, but short walk to beach, good location, and our own deck made for a lovely stay. Would go back.'

'Everything one would need was available in the kitchen except the food you bring. Quite surprising array of dishes, utensils, only thing one might need is a lighter for the BBQ when the wind is blowing strong the electric igniters couldn't light the propane.Only issue we had was the code quit working for the door and we were locked out for 35 minutes waiting on a reply to text and email for help.We'll be back, lovely location, quiet, right on the beach'
