The only negative, isn't really a negative against the property itself, but one that would keep us booking again, is that we largely chose this place because we wanted to check out Blanco State Park. It was underwhelming. Parts of it were under maintenance, so perhaps that is why, but there just didn't seem to be much to it.'

'Nice cozy guest house. Perfect size to quickly unwind. They had a lot of the necessary items to make the stay convenient, including utensils, a Keurig machine, and plenty of towels. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable as well.I only had one minor inconvenience. When I came in, it was quite stuffy because of the heat fans being on.
