'Place is nice. Issues. 1. We could not get the big screen TV in the barn to work. All the others were simple. We had 5 people try and 3 of them are tech savvy. 2. The igniter one the gas grill was not functioning. 3. The water is almost non drinkable. I don’t mind using bottled water but a heads up would be nice. Overall we had a great time and we would return. '

'The property was well kept and very clean. We wish we had more time to stay, as we only got to enjoy one of many hottubs; but there is full exercise room and giftshop on property, along with a steakhouse, which is apparently closed Monday -Wednesday. The only thing that could have made it better would have been having more maps and directions of property posted. There is no evacuation plan posted anywhere, and its a guessing game as to which elevator may be working.Our unit was fabulous. Very...

'I was looking for a place to have a 70th Birthday party and a small Family Reunion, and this place was perfect! There was plenty of space both inside and outdoors to have everyone gather and move around. The outdoor table was perfect for a family dinner. The view was incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. 'Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out. 'We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend. We brought our dog and she also enjoyed her stay. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the amazing view and the wonderful breeze. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing all the deer! The Island Bar and Grill was delicious and loved watching everyone dance and karaoke.
