'Schoon, netjes. '

'Clean, quiet, nice staff'

'A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...

'Goed hotel, centraal gelegen op loopafstand van Southern Cross Station. Voorzien van alle gemakken en prima voor een paar dagen Melbourne. De kamer had iets schoner gekund, maar dat betreft vooral stof dichtbij de vloer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt of de bar.'

'Good location, convenient room and friendly staff'

'Such a nice stay! Staff were lovely, gave us a later check out. Highly recommend, would stay here again'

'Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay.'

'Prima kamer en een goede locatir'

'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Mooi historisch gebouw. Schone kamer en lakens. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Perfecte locatie.'

'Accommodation comfort and location was perfect. The small cafe behind the reception was somewhat a mystery, but the following day was displayed a 'for lease' sign. Thankfully other locations next door. OAKS is a wonderful concept, and our first choice as we travel through Australia. Currently staying at Oaks on Charlotte in Brisbane. FANTASTIC!!!!'

'Top! Goede locatie. Gebouw en interieur nieuw. '

'Behulpzaam personeel, goede locatie'

'Very nice appartment hotel in CBD Melbourne, great pool, sauna & gym facilities. One of the best places I ever stayed for the money!'
