'This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again'

'Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. '
