'I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently. Next door to shops which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay. '

'Despite being charged, we never received any contact from the host despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We kept trying right up till the day we were due to arrive and eventually had to contact Stayz direct who also couldn't get hold of them. We received a refund from Stayz but never any contact from host. My family had to scramble to book accommodation on Easter Saturday and turn up late to my nephew's 21st birthday. It was disgraceful. Don't bother to try to book this place. APPALLING...
