'Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . '

'Ligging in the middle of nowhere wisten we, was ook slechts bedoeld voor een overnachting op een lang reistraject. Sleutelkaarten van de deur haperden, receptionist behandelt je dan alsof je niet goed wijs bent. Kamer was muf, en de volgende ochtend zaten we onder de insectenbeten. Niet duidelijk of bedbugs of vlooien, maar onaangenaam was het wel. Ik had een redelijke dunk van Ramada, maar daarop ben ik nu wel teruggekomen.'

'Our reason for going to a cabin at the end of each year is to recharge and find ourselves. Just me , my husband and our two German Shepherds. This cabin is away from everything and did what we wanted. The host Donovan was very easy to work with and very respectful. We would recommend this cabin to anyone. Clean and well taken care of and the catfish in the catch and release area were huge and fun to watch eat the feed we brought. Five stars!'

'Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use. Also, the shower upstairs didn’t really have enough hot water for us to shower before it would turn “Luke warm” or even cool. Other than that, this is a beautiful house and located close enough...

'My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family.'
